5. Accuracy of Data

We do not warrant that the status indicators (Online/Down) reflect the experience of every user across all regions and networks. Official notifications from the respective examination bodies should always be treated as the primary source of truth.

In no event shall ExamMint or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ExamMint Watch, even if ExamMint or an ExamMint authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
